Appointments are definitely preferred 'cause it lets us plan our day and have the right parts ready. But if you're in a bind, give us a call first - sometimes we can squeeze ya in same-day, especially for diagnostics.

Really depends on what's going on. Simple stuff like oil changes or brake pads might be same-day. Bigger jobs - transmission work, restoration projects - could be days or weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront, no BS.

We specialize in European imports - BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, that whole family. Classic cars are kinda our thing too. If you've got something unusual, just ask - we're honest about what we can handle.
